Meet the Apex Team

Jan Almasy
Founder & CEO
Jan Almasy is a partner, and principal marketing consultant for Apex Communications Network. He possesses a skillset centered around paid marketing strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), copywriting, and sales. Almasy is passionate about working with pre-seed startup founders, independent consultants, and solopreneurs. He prides himself in helping them scale their brands (both personal and business) and revenues by leveraging his skills as a growth marketer and copywriter.
Almasy earned his degree in Nursing from Walsh University and is a veteran of the US Air National Guard.
RJ Holliday
Founder & CHRO
RJ Holliday is a partner and principal creative consultant for Apex Communications Network. RJ coordinates all freelancer project management for Apex Communications Network, and is known for his uncanny ability to create content strategies for businesses off the top of his head in meetings. He has spent years observing market trends and implementing sustainable content solutions for businesses across the country.
RJ has a background in sports management, with a degree from The University of Akron.

James Warnken
CTO & CAO
James Warnken is a partner and principal accessibility consultant for Apex Communications Network. As a data practitioner, James is a wiz at using Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Data Studio. He uses these tools to craft custom dashboards to assist in making marketing decisions backed by strategy. As an accessibility specialist, James has achieved the Certified Professional in Accessibility Competencies (CPACC) certification and offers educational courses to executives as well as additional training for their development teams.

Logan Syrios is a digital marketing specialist for Apex Communications Network. As a digital marketing specialist, Logan manages all paid advertising efforts for Apex Communications Network clients, as well as all Squarespace website design and development. Logan is constantly pouring over analytics to ensure businesses are reaching their ideal audiences at the right time, in the right place, to drive action. As a web-designer, he incorporates our core principles of usability, readability, and accessibility into every website he designs and develops for Apex Communications Network customers.
